Many of the programmes listed below have long since passed into the realms of broadcasting history, or are unavailable outside the US, so compiling these pages was something of a challenge, and before proceeding, I'd like to express my gratitude to everyone who responded so willingly to my arbitrary emails, found the time to provide me with tapes or referred me on to other parties!
