The Zocalo: The scene opens with a shot of Ivanova seated at the counter of a bar. Opposite her a lift opens, revealing Talia Winters, who approaches, and assumes a seat directly facing Ivanova. The ensuing exchange of uncomfortable glances is broken by the sound of the Lt Commander's link.

Ivanova - Ivanova here.

Corwin- Lt Commander - the Minbari ship is through.

Ivanova- On my way. (Tapping her credit chip loudly on the counter to attract the bar tender) Check please.

C&C: Shot of Corwin in his customary location, seated before a console in the sunken area of C&C. The air is filled with the persistent beeping of electronic equipment, indicating the high levels of activity ongoing in the Observation Dome

Corwin- (Swinging round in his chair to face Sinclair and Garibaldi, who are standing on the gallery above him)Commander - we've just completed the security scan. The Minbari is coming in with her gun ports open. She's armed for a fight.

(The last line is spoken over a close up of Garibaldi, his face bearing an expression of growing alarm, then Sinclair, who looks equally disturbed at the intelligence. We are then provided with an external CGI sequence of a large and piscine looking Minbari War Cruiser, gliding towards the station with ominous grace.)

(The shot of the approaching vessel continues for a moment, before the camera returns to C&C)

Corwin- Minbari vessel still closing with gun ports open.

Garibaldi- Recommend we activate defence grid, just in case.

Sinclair- Agreed. (Bends over the command console situated before the principal viewport at the front of C&C) This is Babylon Control to Minbari War Cruiser Ingata. Your gun ports are in attack position. We have activated our defence system. Please explain.

The face of Alyt Neroon, a prominent member of the Minbari Warrior caste, replaces the illuminated display of the approaching craft previously seen on the console's monitor.

Neroon- We are on a peaceful mission, Commander. (He has a remarkable voice - deep and fluid, but bearing the unmistakable stamp of implacable arrogance)

Sinclair- Then why are your gun-ports open?

Neroon - We have no interest in explaining our ways to you.

(Neroon's image vanishes, signifying an abrupt end to the communication. The whine of an opening door is heard, and Delenn enters the Observation Dome, walking urgently in Sinclair's direction. She addresses him in a tone that is conciliatory, but firm.)

Delenn- I'm sorry there has been a misunderstanding, Commander. If you will scan the ship, you will find that the guns are not active.

Corwin- Confirmed. No targeting sensors detected.
